If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours at email@example.com so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue. We will happily replace any damage (leakage/broken) occurred to the product(s) during shipment, however a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required for our verification and investigation. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged. Please allow 5-14 days for us to process the replacement.
Mageline World is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Mageline World.
Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to our providers.
If returns are shipped to us from outside Malaysia, any taxes, duties, custom fees or shipping charges incurred from the return will be the responsibility of the customer. If you need a return label, please contact us at email@example.com.
